To celebrate this holiday season – in what is now a tradition – Rae and Andi are sharing some favorite historic sites from across the country. Tune in for the wonderful historic sites, stay for the incisive critique of the National Register. After all, complaining is part of the fun. Happy holidays, everyone!

This was super fun! The Bradbury Building reminds me of a building I worked in, in Chicago–The Monadnock Building. It’s so cool and the walls are THICK. My office window worked, and it was a little nerve-wracking to have it open since there was nothing between me and the wind at 15 stories high!
Also, since you seem to enjoy the outsider art (Salvation Mountain, the Bottle Village, etc) check out Dr. Evermor’s sculpture park in Wisconsin. https://www.worldofdrevermor.com
